After dispatch, orders generally take approximately 3–7 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.

You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment with the applicable courier.

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
